Mary Alice has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist for almost 30 years. She has enjoyed providing quality and compassionate anesthesia care in various states and settings including cosmetic surgery. She continues to maintain her CRNA certification while pursuing her passion and dream of Renovaré! Her ultimate goal is to help people...Look and Feel their Best!

Ofer Feder MD
Dr. Ofer Feder, earned his B.A. at the University of Virginia in 1992 and his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia in 1997, in the course of which he was awarded an A.D. Williams Research Fellowship in Immunology. He completed his internal medicine residency in 2000 at the University of Pittsburgh Hospitals, and he did his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of North Carolina, finishing in 2003.
In 2024, Renovaré was pleased to welcome Dr. Feder into our practice as Medical Director. Aligning perfectly with Renovaré’s philosophies, he believes in providing compassionate, innovative, and state of the art care and he is determined to deliver the best treatment available while treating each patient as he would his own family member. Dr. Feder lives in Richmond with his wife, Stefanie, and two children. He maintains an active role in community life and enjoys reading, skiing, tennis and cooking with his family.
